Note that the demo save does not transfer to the main game, so you'll basically be starting over in the retail game. * Certain mobs and other things are missing from the demo area that have relevance in the main game. * The characters either cap at level 10 or the experience pretty much slows to a crawl at that point. * The overworld skills (fishing, cooking, ect) cap at level 3. * Only a small amount of the ascension board (what you spend AP on) is available to invest in. In addition to being cordoned off to, like, 1% (?) of the total land of the game, the demo has a number of other little caps: It's a pretty open demo in that you can putter around the starting area for a good long time, but I pretty much exhausted it after about 12-16 hours of play, poking around all the nooks and crannies of the starting area.
